OUR PROJECT MANAGEMENT PROCESS:
QUALITY FROM START TO FINISH
Phase 1 - Consultation
- Contact clients to discuss the scope of work requested and set up a time to meet onsite.
- Meet clients onsite to assess the space and discuss their vision in detail.
- Prepare a Project Development Agreement for clients approval including a written scope of work, preliminary project cost estimate and outline of the design and construction process.
Phase 2 - Planning
- Provide clients with access to our Design Team. If requested, contact client to schedule meeting onsite to discuss every aspect of their project layout and design.
- Design Team will create any necessary plans and drawings, source all finishes and present those selections to client for approval.
- Call in all necessary Trade Partners to view project, and prepare and submit bids for accurate Final Project Cost Proposal.
- Prepare a Final Project Cost Proposal using all of the information gathered for clients final approval prior to start of construction.
Phase 3 - Execution
- Project Manager and client will determine a construction start date, materials will be ordered and Trade Partners will be scheduled.
- Construction will commence.
Phase 4 - Monitoring & Control
- Our team will be “hands on” throughout the building process and will and maintain consistent communication with clients, suppliers and Trade Partners.
- Client will be consistently updated on construction process and notified of changes or issues immediately.
Phase 5 - Completion
